This is pretty much a mono color look. It's just all over silver shadow and barely any liner. The only apparent liner that I noticed according to the music video is the lower lashes where Gaga does have a little black mix in with more silver. Other than that she uses a very thick pair of lashes that could possibly be layered, or its just one big bushy dramatic lashes.
