Birchbox Extra: Notecards

I read a lot that everyone was disappointed with this month's box.  I guess I would be too if I didn't get this actual box with a Dior mascara.  I knew at the beginning of this month what would be in the boxes, and I prayed that I would get one with a eyeliner or even better, a mascara.  I was so happy when I found out I got a box with the mascara.  There were only 2 boxes out of I think 19 different boxes that had a mascara.  The majority of them had the eyeliner.

I'm actually going to quit my subscription with Birchbox this month though.  I feel like even though they have been good to me and given me boxes that I liked most of the months, I don't want to pay up anymore.  All of these beauty subscriptions are pilling up and that's a lot of money each month.  I would rather be subscribed to My Little Black Bag for 50 bucks a month and get a purse than these tiny sample tubes of skin care.  I rarely get makeup in these boxes even though they are suppose to be "makeup & skin care samples".  I'm just tired of them and I don't want to put any more money in.
