This look was from Miley's MV, "Can't Be Tamed" in the scenes where she is in her bird cage and throughout the video. I love how she kept her makeup in pretty dark colors, but also added the triangular feathers to make it exotic. I tried to be as accurate as I possibly could in replicating her make up look. Enjoy!
