Another free sampling service that I found from a fellow blogger is Is That Odd. This one is just like Sircle Sample where you earn points by posting comments, vote on posts, etc. They also have a good sample store where you can redeem your points that you have accumulated. However, I looked around on their store and it is expensive! Almost everything is in the 1000s and to get that many points you really have to be on that site doing a lot of postings and voting. A lot of the things in their shop costs anywhere from 500 up to 15,000.
Is That Odd actually have these "Swag Bags" that you can get every now and then. They cost anywhere from 10,000 up to 15,000 coins.
